    Doesn't seem like much of a lesson although by the tone of the Penn AG press release looks like it's being counted as a win for consumers. I'd guess Bluegreen is very happy with the final total!

    This process started back in June when the settlement was reached..

    If we assume that the AG would not allow any misleading information to be included in their press release, I have to assume that whatever they say is 100% correct. I quote:
    "Consider extra costs. Most timeshares require consumers to pay annual assessment fees, maintenance fees and taxes,..." Since "most" timeshares have annual fees, I would like to learn of the other timeshares that "do not" have annual fees.
