  • BG Annual Meeting and Proxies

I am concerned about Blue Green (BG) owners not being represented at annual meetings like the one on September 21st. While I intended to go, I was not able to. I was so happy that BoccaBum99 attended and provided information to us concerning the meeting. I certainly appreciated the information.

Apparently, we do not have enough owners showing up to get representation on the board or even have a BG owners club meeting. In considering the number of member/owners, I don't think this will happen. Without representation we as BG owners will continue to be pawns in the BG game.

One way out of this problem is to have a representative with our proxy to represent us. (NOTE: This is not my idea, I got it from someone else.) I have no idea how to set something like this up. I would like however, to open some discussion as to how we could do this; and, I think this is the forum to begin with.

    Your comments please.

Why don't you run? The board usually selects the person with the most number of votes to serve the term.

Jim: Since I got this idea from you, I was hoping that you might consider representing us.

I would do it, but I have a conflict of interest because I am a reseller.

Other owners have run for the board. If this is a concern for you, OP, then either run for the board or attend the meetings. I have done both.
