  • Hello, new here but long time Bluegreen owner

My husband and I have been Bluegreen owners for over 15 years. We started out at one resort with a yearly week, moved to another for bi-annual time and finally ended up getting into the points system (and we're glad we did!).

Our maintenance fees are on a payment plan and I wondered if there was any way to tell which "letter" group we're in as far as how our fees are figured without using the link online to our account? The reason for this is because when your maint. fees aren't paid in full, all you get is a screen pulling up that tells you that "your maintenance fees aren't paid in full"

Thank you! Trying to decide if we're going to keep our points, we've not really used them in a few years. I like having them, just in case, and we've gifted them as wedding presents, birthday gifts and more BUT we don't need 11k points anymore.

    Happy NEW YEAR!

You can contact owner services or the maintenance fee department to find out the formula for your maintenance fees.

        Use the Yahoo Group Spreadsheet

If you belong to the BG Yahoo Group, it has a spreadsheet into which you plug in the number of points you have and it gives you the MF for Trust Funds B, D, and E. Trust Funds A and C are essentially pass throughs so 9000 points in Trust Fund A at resort X may have different MF than 9000 points in Trust Fund A at resort Y. Note that the spreadsheet does not include ARDA donations.
