I am heading to the Hammocks on 1-29. Can I get some reviews of the resort and recomendations on things to do and places to eat?

Some Places

Food - Sharkey's on Grassy Key (about 15 - 20 minutes north) and all of Key West itself (about 50-60 minutes south)

Dolphin Research Center - about 20 minute north - really a great place to visit

Key West - Mallory Square evening - all the booths and entertainers come out - Hemmingway House and Mel Fisher's Atocha museum (Spanish galleon shipwreck)...shop, shop, shop

all those are nice, plus Crane Point if you get a guided tour,

You will love the Hammocks... a great place for a family vacation!
