Bluegreen just announced today that the Bluegreen Vacation Club has added The Manhattan Club for booking by Vacation Club owners. The Club owns 2 studio units for the entire year. All standard Club rules apply.

The point values are pricey, but it will be good for short stays:

Ultra red season, week 21-39, 51, 52: 35000 points for the week
High red season, week 13-20: 33000 points for the week
Red season, week 1-12, 45-50: 31000 points for the week

If you are a Platinum Premier. They opened it up to Platinum owners first. I booked Labor Day week for the US Open.

I believe we own 2 whole condos. But, we will find out soon enough.

I received an email from BG announcing this about the same time Jim did. I have heard of other Platinum members also not receiving notice. Perhaps the message got caught by your Spam filter? Or perhaps BG sent the notice out randomly to a limited number so that they wouldn't get hit with 400 requests all at once?? It did generate a lot of discussion in the BG Yahoo Group.

Typical floor plan - 21st Floor

The floorplan below is for a "Metropolitan Suite" - a sleep 2 studio - notice there is no sleep alcove but these units do have a sleep sofa as well as a bed.




This floorplan is for the "Executive Suite" that I stayed in - a sleep 4 alcove studio. Notice the unit to the right would have a window in the sleep alcove.



The final floorplan is for the 1Bedroom/2 full bath unit - sleep 4 private...very nice!
