BXG Stock Holders Anual Meeting
On Friday, I received my ballot for the annual stock holders meeting held on December 15, 2010. In addition, I received the letter to the shareholders with proxy information dated November 24, 2010 and an Annual Report dated 2009.
Needless to say, I could not vote my shares due to receiving the information 2 months after the meeting. I am curious, did anyone else receive this mailing late? I suspect that my problem has to do with my broker or the USPS. Oh well, may be next time.
