How long does it take Bluegreen to send information?

I purchased a resale timshare that has gone thru closing and I have the signed contract from Bluegreen. I received the contract about a month ago, and I'm just wondering if I should receive a welcome kit(or someting like it), or do I have to call them to get my member number to register online? I tried the member number look up onthe website, but it just kicks me back to the registration page. Just wondering what's next. Thanks !

I never received a Welcome Kit from BG on any of my resales. I would call BG.

I purchased thru an authorized reseller but the first piece of info I received from Bluegreen was a maint fee bill I would call them - and your owner number/contract number should be on your sales agreement papers.
