New Member needs help - how to transfer points to a family member

I have a 15K BG membership and am looking to sell/give away. I was using it every year but now have not been able to use it for almost 6 years... want to just give it away basically to someone who will pay the annual taxes (about 500) this year billed. It is paid off. I have a few people interested, that will take it and love it again like I did when I could travel. Is there a big fee associated with titel transfer? what do I do to change the title/essentially give it to another family member who will use it with her kids??? please help

If it is all points, then the Bluegreen fee is $250 for the transfer and the documents. There is a form on the Bluegreenonline.com site in FAQ under title and I think it is the first FAQ about transferring points.

One thing to consider is because you are transferring to a family member, your premiere benefits should transfer, too.

Best to talk to Bluegreen before you do the transfer.
