I am in the process of closing on a summer float week at Suites at Hershey. I have 2011 usage and I'm wondering what availability is like right now? I am hoping to get a decent week to deposit into RCI. Also, how far in advance are you able to book these weeks out?

If you have 2011 usage, check if the seller can reserve you something now. They can be booked at least 12 months in advance. According to RCI weeks 26-29 get the highest trading power but since its less than 10 months in advance, its already getting dinged. Depending what you end up with you might want to consider depositing with SFX, renting it, or using it yourself this year and reserving a prime summer week as soon as reservations open up for 2012.
(p.s. I think had it not been for me you would have gotten it for $1.00. I think we were the only 2 bidders) -
I was pretty excited to get it at $531. This week is specifically for Hershey and not through Bluegreen right?Comment
