Anyone know what this is? Got this charge after the completion of a recent purchase of resale points. No explanation of any kind.

Yes, you have an anniversary billing package. The prorated maintenance fee is to adjust the billing date of the package you purchased. It is a one time fee.

Thanks! Definately not happy with the way this transaction went but oh well. MF's ended up being almost $150 more then the seller said they were including this fee.
