  • Does it matter how many units are tied to your deed?

I need some help please. My current BG deed is 22,000 points and has two units at 11k pts each tied to the deed.

I'm considering buying a new BG deed of 64,000 points. It has 8 units at 8k pts each. The maint. fees/dues are about $2,100.

Does is make any difference how many units are tied to each deed?

    Many thanks!

PS - here is what the deed points look like:
    1/31/2012 Annual 2/1/2013 8000
    1/31/2012 Annual 2/1/2013 8000

It does not matter how many units and weeks, but they all have to be the same resort. In other words, if it is one resort, then 1 deed, 1 transfer fee. If it is 2 or 3 resorts or more, then each is treated as a seperate closing/transfer.

Do you know what each 8000 pts refur to ?

They may be part weeks, Mon -Fri, or Fri - Mon.

The deeded time is what you can reserve 12 months out.

What Trust Fund are they in ? if you have a Trust Fund E account, you will only pay the base fee once.
