How to reserve friends & family time

I see where I can reserve bonus time, but I don't see anything on the online reservations page specifically for friends & family time.

Is it possible to do that on the site or do I need to call?

AFAIK there is no way to do this online. I also thought there was a specific number to call, but customer service would be able to advise on that.
