As this is relatively new, does anybody have any experience with it? Specifically, what is the different between the 1BDRM 1 BATH and the 1BDRM 2BATH?

Any recommendations as to which one I should go with?

      Yes Tony, it is.

I don't know the difference in size between a 1BDRM 1 BATH and a 1BDRM 2BATH. It is safe tosay that four people would be more easily accommodated in the latter than the former.

Not so sure about that, according to the BlueGreen site the 1 BATH is 655 sq. ft. and the 2 BATH is 619 sq. ft. That would make the BDRM VERY tiny IMO. It is probably just going to be myself (unless I can find somebody to join me) so not really sure if the extra bathroom is worth it.

So you think 4 people using 1 bathroom is equivalent to 4 people using 2 bathrooms?

If you were going to do 4 people then yeah, I would go with the 2 bath. Not very often you see that, but to take away from the BDRM if there is only 2 people is not my idea of a good time. I like my space when travelling!

              South Mountain Resort Lincoln, NH

We have stayed there a few times, and been in 1 bath and 2 bath.. the rooms are decent size...Id go with 2 bath if you have more than 2 people..you wont be able to tell the diff. in size of the bedrooms..Ask for odd number room on 3rd floor..as these have decks and look out at the mountain and pool..even numbers look out to parking lot and no deck..Mike V

This is my favorite resort in the Lincoln NH area, we have been trading into it via II a couple time a year now for a few years. All the rooms are great. We have had a couple 1 BR with 1 Bath and 2BR with 2 Baths. All have been very roomy. II states they have limited kitchens - but in all my stays it has been a full kitchen - just no kitchen table. But, the island has either 4 or 6 barstools for an eating area.

The location of this place is great. Right in downtown Lincoln so you can walk to area restaurants, movie theater, grocery, stores, etc. Make sure you try the Gypsy Cafe for food once. It is right across the street.

In the winter it is nice that the indoor pool and hottub is in the building - no need to go outside to get to the pools.

The only gripe I have about the place is they have no laundry facilities. (well at least as of a few months ago).

When are you going? If you need things to do recommendations feel free to ask!

Thanks, for this note. I guess you probably have to call for this kind of stuff, as there does not seem to be a comment section when reserving to make special requests. Great information to know!

Sounds like I will enjoy this place thoroughly as long as DW does not have to move our Cancun vacation in February. I am doing this one myself April 6-9, 2012. Have never been to NH so trying 2 new resorts, this one and Crotched Mountain 2 hours away from the 9 to the 13th. Any recommendations are GREATLY appreciated! I will be scouting the restaurant.com site for sure, but often you have two have 2 people in order to use them.

April is mud season and some things will not be open, but sightseeing is always an open season.

Yeah, I knew there was probably much that would be closed. This was more of a "relaxing time away" trip, and the opportunity to try a couple new resorts / new area without spending a lot. I will probably just enjoy the resort amenities for the most part with a couple possible museum excursions that are non weather / season reliant.

Any recommendations from those who have seen or been to the area are more than welcome.
