Ready to sell

I bought my Bluegreen timeshare about 3 years ago. I unfortunately still owe money on the "property". I am in dire straits and really need to sell this quickly. I am willing to take only what I owe and maybe pay the transfer amount. I have never been able to use this as I could never get a vacation booked for what days we needed. I am willing to fully disclose any information if someone would be willing to buy this. Please.

I am also wondering if Pinnacle is on the up and up and if there are any catches if I decide to sell with them. I would take any recommendations that are honest as to where and how I could get this out from under me. I know they are being given away or being sold for pennies on the dollar but I cannot afford to do that at this time. Please help

Welcome to the group.

Pinnacle is a good company, you shouldn't have any problems with them.

However, I don't know what you will be able to do about your price. As you said, most are being given away or sold for pennies on the dollar.

You will have to pay it off before Bluegreen will send you any transfer papers.

Most timeshares are being given away due to the market..

Assume that you will be stuck with it a while and do what you can to rent out reservations. You can put anyone's name on a reservation and there is no cost to do so.

Stick around and try to learn more about what you have in order to market it for rentals while you wait for a sale.
