This resort is only available right now AFAIK through bonus time. The last points chart I downloaded did not have this, and it's still somewhat in limbo.

And has anyone stayed there and if so what was it like. The parking situation sounds not so good based on BG's website either, but the facility looks top notch.

BG points charts are up, seasons are Red, High Red, and Ultra Red. Red is weeks 1-5 and 48-50, High Red weeks 7, 12-16, 21-24, and 38-42. Two different 1 BR options and 2 different 2BR. Regular 1 BR (the cheapest option) is 9000 pts/week in red season, up to 16000 pts/week in ultra red; 2 BR Presidential (most expensive option) is 26000 pts/week in red season, 42000 pts/week in ultra red.

Thanks for updating this, I needed to download a new points chart as there apparently have been some updates. Other than new updates, have there been any changes in point values on any resorts that you have noticed?

I think they post them to the individual resorts sooner than they do to the one that lists everything. I generally check the specific resort but my impression is that the only do the one that lists everything once a year or less.

Nope. BG points are connected directly to a specific place and week, so revising the points would be a huge deal. As opposed to DVC, where the connection isn't so direct and they can adjust them every year.

We stayed there 5/6 - 5/13. The location was great, close to just about everthing. It's within a block or two of River St, the City Market, trolly tours, etc. Everything is in walking distance. A nice walking town.
Parking is in an underground garage next door. A little inconvienent but not bad at all. You can get a pass for in/out access or just leave your car in the whole time. In fact garage is shared with The Avia Hotel next door.
We stayed in the one bedroom. Very roomy, nicely decoratated. A king in the bedroom, flat screen tv. Living room area has a fold out sofa of course and a side chair, flat screen tv. Kitchen has all amenities. Washer/Dryer is a combo. One unit. Never could figure it out...had staff look at it and they thought they had it, but didn't. I didn't press it as we were getting close to leaving. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only thing I did not like - no pool, and our living room area (from 5th floor), overlooked The Avia Hotels' pool. Also there was construction going on next door, didn't really bother us as we were out most of the time anyway and looked to be cleaning it up as we were leaving. (I believe they told us, the BG sales office would be in that building which is across the street.)

I would highly recommend staying here if in Savannah. Especially for adults...JMO, but Savannah was not a real "kid" friendly place. I just didn't see many kids there or activities for them, unless you go out to Tybee Island. There maybe.

Now, Savannah was nice, don't get me wrong, but it wasn't a place I fell in love with and have to go back. It's more like, been there-done that, for us. Not sure I'd go back on my own...we went this time because the hubby had a a conference.
