My exit plan is to quit paying for MFs on the day I die.

That is your exit plan but your estate still owns it and is responsible for it. The executor will have to pay MF until the estate is exhausted.

Then I will direct my executor to put my TS's up for sale on ebay, pay "All" cost plus 2 years MFs to make sure it sales. That will effect maybe .001% of my estate. Will be out, BABY!

I have blue green points at 8000(2009) and just bought 11000(2011). I also bought 20000(2010) for pentical witch is a resale company for BG. At the sale of the new 11000 points i just purcahsed in dec of 2011 i was told that all my points would count towards perimer level. Well after the new ponits showed up on my account , its only showing me to be a bronze level. I called and was now told i cant use the points from pentical, whf. That was the only reason i upgraded, this was agreed upon at the sale. What can i do now?

You will too. Some day you will likely not want it at all.

Take a look at what happens then. Will you have to keep forking over money for something you no longer want or use? Will you be threatened with litigation if you don't continue paying?
