Difference between Oasis Lakes & The Fountains

Thank you so much! We are in building 4. We check in this Saturday. I'm so excited but I dread the 11 or 12 hour drive.
I did find some pictures a little bit ago on tripadvisor and the new rooms look wonderful. Are they all hardwood or tile?
