My parents own week 29E of Harbour Lights. This apparently equals 12,000 EOY points. The maintnance fees are 600.00 which were due November 2011 and my parents have been unable to pay. My mother is under hospice care and will not be around much longer and my father is not in good shape either. All of their medical bills have put a huge burden on them. They paid 10,000 for this timeshare in October 2003.
They are in their 80's and none of us in the family want the timeshare. I found this forum and am trying to see if anyone would be interested and pay the MF and any closing required by Blue Green.

I'm not interested in listing with any company that wants you to pay a fee up front.

That’s one of the things that give TS a bad name because they don’t care who pays the MF

There are a few other threads about selling/giving away your timeshare. You may want to read those, they have a good insight on how you may ant to go about it and just what obstacles you may run into trying to get rid of it.

Sorry about your parents, hope things get better for them.
