Do the maintenance fees seem correct for the following 2 auctions? I know the
$129 membership fee is not included.

Do the maintenance fees seem correct for the following 2 auctions? I know the $129 membership fee is not included.

The first unit is NOT in BG points so there would not be a BGVC membership fee.

The second unit is in Trust Fund C which has MF that I believe is whatever the resort charges plus 5%.

As such, there probably are few here who can answer your question. You might try contact Jim (BocaBum) or talking with the resort managers.
