Another what are my chances

If my first points are issued on July 1, and Cibola Vista is my home resort, what are the chances I would be able to book a studio for the same for December 24 - December 28th? Slim to none, not at all, or fair to middlin'? Thank you,

I just checked the BG website now and saw the following

12/24/2012 12/28/2012 1 Bedroom Superior 4 Ultra Red 6,000
12/24/2012 12/28/2012 1 Bedroom Standard 4 Ultra Red 5,000
12/24/2012 12/28/2012 2 BD Combined Superior 8 Ultra Red 11,000
12/24/2012 12/28/2012 2 BD Combined Standard 6 High Red 10,000
12/24/2012 12/28/2012 2 BD Combined Superior 8 High Red 11,000
12/24/2012 12/28/2012 Studio 2 High Red 4,000

Even though your points are issued July 1, you can prepay your maint fee (due Nov 2012) and "borrow" your points (July 2012-July 2013) today.
Then you can book the reservation you want today.

Hope this makes sense.

edit - BTW, it does not matter when reserving with points what your how resort is - points are points.
