  • CMV cottage UDI question

I am purchasing a CMV cottage UDI.The contract lists unit/other information as CT1401. Can anyone decode that for me?

I own one but thought they only went to the 500's so not sure which this is.
FYI if you are purchasing this the HOA is giving these away for just the transfer fees.

It's on hold for now. Still getting estimates from what I understand but they're holding off til the economy gets better. Good idea IMO.

It is one of the odd ballnumbers the CT1401 is just for inventory purposes. There is no Cottage unit with a number like that.

Most had a week and unit number for inventory purposes. We had only one UDI ownership out of about more than 20 UDI's over the years with a number like that with no unit number or week.

I knew there weren't any units with that number which is why I was concerned. So next question is: cottage UDIs are considered Christmas mountain village campground?
