        Bluegreen Aim Program

        CR Wisconsin,

Since you use the Bluegreen AIM program, would you give me some advice? We were told about it when we last upgraded our Bluegreen points. The Sales Reps said they could help us manage our points and help us use AIM, but since that, they can't be bothered with us. We don't know if it makes any sense for us or not to transfer points to AIM.

        Thanks for any info

First of all, BG points are not transferred to AIM. What AIM does is to allow you to exchange a non-BG unit/week for BG Points. There is a $99 exchange fee for each unit week you exchange. The number of BG points you get for the non-BG unit/week is a function of the number of bedrooms, the season, and the quality of the resort. The points are good for high-red seasons but must be used withing one year of receiving them. Additionally, you have to deposit your non-BG unit/week with BG at least 11-12 months in advance of when the non-BG week is to be used.
