Need Help Understanding When Points Are Deposited

Here is a copy of my points. I can't figure out when they are earned. I made some reservations because I thought I had an excess of points, but now my account shows that I have used points that are to be deposited in 2014 and that I only have 600 points left for 2014.

Next earn date + next earn amount, the last 2 columns. Looks like there are no new points until 2014.

Also, you can always call the BG reps with any questions - they are awesome.

Looks like you have 36,000 biannual points, available June & August Even years.

If you have Type Y points ( November billing ) when you pay your 2013 bill ask for your points to be deposited into your account, you do not have to wait until the anniversary date.
