New owner charter membership

I have just purchased from BG 10,000 pts biannually. It includes the Charter Membership and Traveller Plus which is one reason I am buying it. My question is twofold...
1. What level Charter Membership is 10,000 biannual?
2. If I opt to purchase from Pinnacle with a Charter Membership resale, are the benefits the same or do I need to pay a minimum $1.25 per point?

My ownership is for week 14 and 15 at a specific unit at Falls Village. Does this really matter since Charter Membership includes unlimited bonus time?

Actually I am looking at 20000 points biannually.

Your best bet is to contact BocaBum on these forums directly. AFAIK the benefits are the same, and this is excatly what I did. Purchased 7000 points annually for a 1/4 of what BG wanted for the same biannually. Those are supplemented with other resale points which maintain the majority of the same benefits. They just do not count towards the premiere status's. However there have been changes the levels which I'm sure Jim would be more knowledgeable about.
