If you are giving your ownership to another bluegreen owner there is paperwork involved and a $250 transfer fee.
The transfer papers are available online on the BG website. But I think its all much easier to call bg and get them to send you and the other party a packet to fill out notarize and return.
If you are selling it to someone then you will need to work with closing company. You could call pinnacle they have or work with their own closing company. (it is PCS title, someone correct that if my memory is wrong)
others will have other suggestions too.
Bluegreen is starting to exercise it ROFR (right of first refusal) They have the option of buying your property from you for whatever price you offer it to your intended buyer. This seems to have bogged the system down and resale purchases are taking a long time to close.

I'm not sure. I've always discussed transferring ownership from one bg owner to another. I don't know about tranferring from a BG Owner to a non Owner.
Q. is the person a relative, someone in your immediate family?
Q IS the person a Close Friend and possibly consider being added to the deed.
Adding someones name to the deed is easier, and bypasses ROFR (right of first refusal) which allows BG to buy up all the cheapest sales.
I would look into possibly adding the person to the deed. Let them use the points and let them pay maintenance fees. The only thing is that if they don't pay mntnce fees then it falls to you to pay and vice versa.
You can call BG and ask them about tranfers to a non owner and they will advise you.
If you're selling it then you will have to close through a company like PCS title.
