Making Select Connections for friends/guests

I don't have time to research this, but can select connections reservations be made for guests? I have no points left for this year, but would like to make a reservation at Carriage Hills. It is 3600 points for a one bedroom, plus the $49 fee but I am not sure if another owner can do this, and put my name on the reservation. Does anybody know off hand if that is something that can be done?

I believe that you can do this, as it runs in my mind as one of the few TP perks that can be shared.

You definitely can put a guest name on a Select Connections resie.
