Due to personal problems I won't be able to utilize my points over the next couple years. I have 30K high red this year and 20K for next. Where is a good place to go to rent them. I would be willing to rent for a reasonable price. I don't want to get cheated and usually have only rented to family/friends in the past.

Renting points question
I posted on the bluegreen page but I have high red points that I would like to rent for this year and next. Where is a good place to rent them. I googled it and there's a ton of sites but it's difficult to determine what sites are legit. Any help would be appreciated. In the past I would only rent to friends/family and I don't want to get robbed.

Another way to do it is rather then renting your points, make a reservation at a high demand resort/time of year and try to rent that.
Join the yahoo group above and see what people are renting for.
There is also a Yahoo Owners Group where lots of info is available - but rentals are not allowed there hence the other site.

EDIT - I merged your two threads....after seeing them both, I believe continuing to rent to friends and family is your safest (and easiest) bet
