It's an untested concept in Chicago, but Wyndham isn't the only time-share promoter interested in setting up shop here. Others include Boca Raton, Fla.-based Bluegreen Corp., which has been eyeing a time-share deal at the Wyndham Blake hotel in Printers Row, according to a source. A Bluegreen executive didn't return phone calls.

I wish they were already there! My son has another year left of school in Chicago, and staying in a timeshare sure would be nice.
