Can the name on the guest certificate be changed? (Such as if there is a last minute change?) If so, is there a cost? Has anyone used a RCI gift certificate? How does it work?

Yes, the name can be changed, just call RCI to change it. For some reason, it can not be done online. Initial cost of GC is $59, no charge to change name.
