The Suites at Hershey - split week?

It has been a while since I have seen any posts about owning at Hershey. I recently won an EOY on ebay. I am getting a pre booked early Sept week this year and then don't get my next until 2015 but had a few questions.

Obviously points owners (most in Blg 2 & 3) can book for less than a week. Would it be possible for a float week owner to either get a full house keeping for an extra fee if I am switching out with other family members for the second half of the week or even better to arrange a full check out/check in to rent out half the week? I am hoping that as long as I call as soon as reservations open up a year in advance that summer weeks would be do-able and not impossible for a 19-42 and 51,52. I am prepared with family earplugs and a window fan for white noise.

Also does the deeded week mean anything or are all weeks equally open to all owners in the season?
Are there both Friday and Saturday check ins for flex owners or is it just Friday Check ins.

Oops. One more question. Are weeks owners eligible for bonus time at their resort? I don't expect any prime time to be available but a two night get away even in winter might not be too bad.

I talked to a very nice lady at bluegreen today but she didn't have all the answers. I can do the split- one weekend and one non weekend and the second reservation is only an extra $35 HK fee which is super reasonable. There are no fees to put a unit in a guest name.

She wasn't sure when the reservation window opened up. If I was depositing it was no more than 365 days prior. She seemed to think that I could reserve my 2015 week starting January 1, 2014 but wasn't positive. She didn't think I could access the website to do my own reservations and that I needed to call. So I still don't know if my deeded week 30 means that I can reserve that week before others or if everybody floats equally in their season. I also don't know if because I am not a points owner if that means I will almost always be in building 1 or if I can request one of the other buildings either before or at check in.

I would still love to hear if there are any owners who could shed some light these issues. Also does anyone know where I could get my hands on a copy of the association rules for flex owners.
