New RCI exchange system??? Out of the loop!

I apologize if this has been discussed before but I can't seem to find the answer to my question.

I noticed that we can exchange our points with RCI without making a week reservation to deposit. I haven't made an exchange in a few years so this is new to me.

I own 11k and have 2k leftover. I can't seem to find anything in RCI for 2k points...just searching here and there...nothing super popular. The lowest I've seen is 4k...

Can I still make a reservation to deposit? From the online res, I know I can get a 2k week reservation a few places.

I hate to see 2k go to waste...might have to pay to save those...

If you can't use in RCI you could make a reservation and deposit it with an independent exchange company like DAE, PI, or possibly SFX. Most exchange companies have some restrictions for studio deposits, so you may want to call the one you plan on using before committing to a reservation with Bluegreen.
