Bluegreen Maintenance Fee Question

A couple of years ago we purchased additional points through bocabum99 and Pinancle at a reduced price from the regular price at the resort. In examining my list of properties on my maintenance fee statement, I see that the property I purchased was located at Harbor Lights in Myrtle Beach and the maintenance fees are double per point than the other properties I have purchased and the real estate fees are also double. What is the explanation for this?

After further investigation, I have discovered that the variance in my fees/real estate taxes are because part of my points are Annual and part are Bi-Annual.

I am also deeded at Harbor Lights thru Pinnacle but my points are every year.

Yes, our Harbor Lights points are annual, but our points at The Fountains are biannual. The $ per point of maintenance fees equal out as the biannual points are divided between two years.
