Roh Roh! Did you intend to pay some of your MF with encore rewards?

The whole system is "down for maintenance" I talked to a rep today. She said pay the difference between what I have in rewards, and what is owed, and any late fee's will be waived..so it sounds like it will be down past the due date also.
