Maintenance Fees

Hello all

Sort of a strange question, but I still have not been billed for my maintenance fees for this year yet. I did pay club dues, has everyone else been billed? I guess it's possible that I forgot and did in fact pay, but so far I can't find any record. My online account shows a zero balance. Normally I think we get billed early November, Due December 1, I think.

I have been billed and paid. If you show zero due, you seem to have paid. Give them a call to double check.

Well I did call, just thought I'd update in case someone else has this issue. It is kind of strange considering I've been an owner for about 5 years and have changed nothing on my account in that time.


1) My account is marked as $0.00 currently due

2) I am always billed in November just as I thought

3) I have not been billed this November

4) After being on hold 10 minutes, they have no idea why I'm not billed yet. They will research it and get back with me.

5) They didn't seem to concerned, so I don't think it's a first time occurrence.

Assuming I will be billed soon now, maybe I should have just stayed quiet . Of course that could have gone poorly in other ways.

That certainly is odd….very odd.
