  • Sale type P with no base fee for points?

I just won 7000 point deeded at CMV sale type P. Based on all the info given, there is no base fee for these points and only pay .077 cents per point. Has any one heard or know of this type of deed? Its a Timber 1 bedroom on week 52.

    thanks for any info.

Are you sure it is a Timber 1 BR. You will need the unit number to determine that.

This is a trust fund A or C whose maint fee is determined by the resort. Down side is it will not "blend" with other points. But if you are okay with paying that fee for that week, it is okay.

Any additional points you get will most likely have a base fee which will raise your overall costs.

If I wanted to use week 52 every year, it would not bother me to pay $539 But using my current points I could reserve that 7k week for $400.

It's not like the timbers UDIs with the extra amenities. If the one bedroom red week will work though, great!

It will work for now. If not, I can always plan to use the points at other BG locations. One of my other favorites is Cibola Vista. We have family in northern Az but like to go there for a few days. If I plan for Monday thru Thursday during April or May I believe that would only be around 5000 points.
