It does but it is more costly.

Maint fee higher and housekeeping is $135ish per Resie so not cost effective.

I noticed that they don't tell you in the listing about the cleaning fee. For the right person though who lives nearby it still has value though. Only booking your four weeks would be $468.75 a week which isn't bad for a two bedroom. Not as good as the CMV, but with no SA (at least not that I'm aware of) it will benefit someone. You would definately want to do a rental or two with this one though I would think.
