  • Call center down

Called in at opening this morning, and the phone responses were working very weirdly. Sat on hold for about 20 minutes while I was driving, and finally hung up.

When I called back a few minutes later, the message said they were closed due to an unexpected business interruption. That's still the case an hour later.

I just logged in but am on hold on the phone.
"We are sorry but our call center is experiencing very high call volumes".
Now they are saying I owe the MF's for this year on CMV which I paid back in March.
I see this is going to be a frustrating morning and I'm decaffinated which only adds to the frustration. LOL

I paid about them too, but when the actual bill was issued I had about a $60 balance due because of this year's increase. Perhaps that's it?

Yeah, that was it. $70 difference but they had already cancelled one of my reservations.
Luckily they didn't cancel the other one we had cause we already rented it.

              Ouch, that sucks.

Overall, i was quite happy going through my first summer of ownership. I managed to make the normal red reservation and traded it to a friend for a few nights at Animal Kingdom (there now, and got upgraded due to problems with the initial room). I was also able to bookend that with two 45 day reds for 22 TPUs each.

They said I owed $70 as well so I paid it. I was trying to access RCI and I could not.
When I checked my account history I had in fAct paid the total amount of $1070ish because although I prepaid like you two back in February I had a balance in my account in a May when the bills were sent so they took the full amount.....

                Something is not right.

I have to call back and get that $70 back,,,,and I am still not able to access RCII thru the portal.

Nice trade. I LOVE AKV. My favorite resort so far on Disney property......that is until the Poly opens.

And yeah that does suck. I wonder if they are punishing me for renting.

Ever since BG took over deposits to RCI, nothing has been right.
It was going so smoothly before and now it's just one issue after another.

I had an issue with the first one they did, but it's been fine for me since (knock on wood). I made the reservation on Wednesday afternoon, and it was in my RCI account Thursday afternoon.

I did a combine last night and set up an OGS for July 2016 for a DVC 2 bedroom.

Hope your combine is over 60! And as it has been noted elsewhere, deposits are coming in 7 months out....kinda nail biting for many.
Good thing Orlando flights are generally cheap and plentiful.

This is really related to their book keeping. When I looked online, I can see my account is paid in full.....and they were showing $70.

Yes, 66 TPUs. I'll grab a Marriott off II as a backup, and make sure I take ePlus. We'll have our flights because we have to come down regardless - my oldest daughter will have a dance competition the week of July 4th at Disney.

Well when you try depositing to anywhere else then it's issues.
Originally when we were able to do our own deposits I gave a week to Platinum Interchange, no problem.
But then I tried to give a week to Trading Places earlier this year and the week went into limbo.
They finally ended up depositing it to RCI as a late deposit but that's not what I wanted.
I figured let me just take it for now before I get nothing for my HK fees.

So I now know that I have to speak to the person in charge of depositing weeks to the exchange
companies direct if I want it to arrive at any of the alternates safely. Only problem is that I
crashed my phone and lost all my contacts including hers. Now to try and get her number again.
                              Uggggggh.

Well my account shows a $1000+ balance due.
How convenient that their book keeping program can't credit correctly.
I swear these companies do this on purpose to confuse everyone to their benefit.
