  • Any word on Maintenance Fee changes for the coming year?

Think the decision is usually made at the annual meeting---which was last week, wasn't it? Anybody in the know?

Think Boca or BoardGirl used to update us. Wish we would get some news about changes and fees.

What with more and more people timesharing, and all, don't you think they will be going down?

Supposedly Trust Fund E has gone to a base cost of $335 (five dollars more than last year) plus $0.0508 per point. Dunno how accurate that is, but those are the numbers I heard.

No, because they keep refurbishing the units and resorts to stay competitive with newer places, and costs across the board are going up. Even if they weren't refurbishing, simple inflation would kick our yearly fees. (Although BG's MFs aren't bugging me, I am admittedly sulking about ground beef going over four bucks a pound....)

Glad to see it was such a small increase.

When they were rising so fast, the justification was delinquencies. Now that those are down, you would think the MF budget would be great??? No?

That and, like I said, the rush of people to buy tiemshares.
