Pat, you have been so helpful, thank you!! Just spoke with the Pinnacle rep, she answered all of my questions that I currently had. Since I have joined Tug (didn't know your info to list you as a referral) and along with this forum and the yahoo group, I am on my way to figuring this out!

Be carefully not to rush into buying with Pinnacle or anyone else. You need to decide if silver is really worth buying the extra points from Pinnacle at the minimum level or if you want to buy a small package with benefits and add onto it with free or nearly free points.

With a Pinnacle purchase of qualified points for as little as 2-4K you would get charter benefits.
But certainly take your time and research.
