Spending the week @ Shorecrest. Since the wife wanted to hit the outlet mall, decided to sell my soul for the $80.
Surprisingly, the sales lady was pleasant enough and after looking at my account figured there was little to no chance of a sale, so it was a pretty soft approach.
Things that were presented (take these as you will)
1. Soon switching to a RTU model, and no more deeds. Purchases will not combine for premier levels. Entry point to buy is 10K points @ 3.24 a point, and TP3 will be an add on @ 14K. These will be owned by BFC, and not BG proper.
2. The 10 ressie limit was instituted to counter 2 mega owners who booked up the summer weeks at the most popular resorts.
3. Aprox doubling the amount of resorts in the system "soon". Points will be higher for new resorts. (DUH).
4. Points needed to get to premier levels will be raised as more owners enter the system. BG has set goals to add 150K-200K new owners.
