  • Renting a week in Aruba

Have a week book in Aruba, La Cabana. Week of March 21-28 2015. Having a hard time renting it out...anyone have any luck in renting out weeks. Asking 700.00 for the week, so don't think the price is too high, but maybe it is?

What size unit and where are you advertising? Have you checked to see what other units are available for the same week and what are they asking? It may be that it is a little later in the season. I know this is after the Ontario schools March Break.

It would be worth it for you to advertise on. Redweek.com. There is a member fee and an advert fee but under $40USD.
That is spring break for NYC Private Schools and many other north east school districts. It is a great week to rent.
In the last 3 weeks, I renter two Florida Marriott's for that same week.
I have never heard of the website you are advertising on????

Also, for a 1BR spring break Aruba - I would recommend asking $950.
The only downside of renting at La Cabana using a point Resie is that you do not know the unit number.
Check your Resie on the Bluegreen website and see what view category your Resie has.
If it says pool or partial ocean, you can mention it in the ad.
If it says "no view" don't mention it

          http://www.timeshareforums.com/forum...ost&order=desc

We also have a free rental board....be sure to add "tags" of Aruba and La Cabana so the search engines find you.

It's actually owned by ebay but for some reason didn't gain much traction when it launched here.
Used to be you could advertise on it from ebay classifieds.
