So, this last request to deposit a week with an exchange company has been very less than professional. For some reason, if you deposit to RCI or II they are great, but deposit anywhere else and you will get screwed. I won't name individuals, but one person in particular royally screwed me. On their last day on the job before moving to a new position, after telling me they would get it done they went out of their way to not bother contacting me and denying my request. When I called owner services to inquire why, it was because I had not paid the $85 cleaning fee. Most frustrating is that they couldn't even bother to pick up the phone, and calling me so that I could simply pay the fee and approving the request. This was after waiting over a week and calling several times. They have now wasted another 2 hours of my time calling the exchange company and Blue green, the time of multiple customer service representatives, and their co-workers. When I called on Wednesday they said it would be moved to the top of the cue because it had been so long. 2 days later, still nothing. What kind of terrible customer service is this?
