Logged in at 11:57 to make an 11 month Resie for 12/29 for 4 nights, found my availability, picked my unit and then clicked to reserve.....

Instead got the message that this was outside the 11 month window????
Hmmmmmmm, sure seems like 1/29 to me.

After 50 minutes of the same results for multiple resorts, (just checking!) the site stopped responding and now can not get on at all.....

There are going to be lots of unhappy customers at 8 am....trying to make New Years Eve Resies.

Going to see if 1 am eastern makes a difference.

Still does not know what day it is.....loads 12/29 but then gives message when you click on it.

I thought it was just me! I was annoyed because I'd released a longer reservation that I was holding just in case and wanted to use the points for something starting 12/29!

Noticed a new feature this am: now under the points required for a reservation, it says how many are available! That's cool. But still can't book.

Noticed a new feature this am: now under the points required for a reservation, it says how many are available! That's cool. But still can't book.

I called right at 8 am to the Premier Line (which I NEVER use) and got thru immediately. Was able to get my Resie.
Now checking online, there is no availability. There had been two units available at midnight and at 7:59. So I was just lucky to grab it.

And yes, that is a cool new feature....but adding it seems to have "broken" the system....

On another note, I will be in touch with you via email regarding a CC question.

Maybe they don't know cause it's crashing.
Maybe the Russians are hacking into it like they have been to ebay all year and crashing ebay.
