  • Bi-annual contract question

The better 1/2 wants to pick up a contract at the seabreeze (she loves that place ). So I see a contract for auction and its 10K bi-annual. Its listed as:

    Week 26, Unit 402Y
    Week 49, Unit 501Y

Since there seems to be no mathematical way this can be a full week, should I assume they are partial weeks? The bi-annual contracts I have seem to work out to a full week once a year, or in one case, a full week every second year.

    Thanks
    Greg

To me it seems that Bluegreen doesn't want the weeks being used with any advanced priority. Originally it seemed like most contracts did contain a full week. More and more seem to be these multiple partial weeks. In fact all of the Bluegreen Manhattan Club contracts that I have seen advertised on ebay and sumday are not only partial weeks (which would make sense because a full week there is quite expensive) but they are single nonconsecutive days from multiple weeks. My guess is that it is bluegreens way of trying to make sure that all of the weeks make it into the points inventory for everyone and don't get swooped up by those wanting to use that week and bypass points reservation system.

You should keep looking and pass this one by if you are looking to book with priority for a particular week.

My wife found a post of the FB group. I guess Y and X indicate partial weeks. One is weekday, one is weekend. Not sure which is which.

I am interested in La Cabana deeds. With patience, I have acquired week 1 Thursday Checkin and week. 2 and 3 in the same unit Thursday Checkin.

Just be pAtient and keep looking. What you want will show up.
