  • Need assistance

    I need the number of someone who handles maintenance fees for bluegreen who can help me straighten out a mess. They cashed my check but did not credit it to the correct account and say I am in arrears. I thought after spending many hours on hold, it was corrected, but I just received a bill showing it is not. I do not need general department, they can't seem to straighten it out.

      Also look at the date on the letter. It may have been drafted before they straightened it out.

        No they haven't straightened it out. I have spent so much time with this matter since December. They did cash the check, put it in a different account, changed my address, so they don't realize that the two accounts are the same person.

          Additional things I have been told, the lot doesn't exist, call Lynn eberl(a member of the township board), call your association, your association handles its own billing, all of these things incorrect. Not allowed to speak to any managers, only people who have no idea how to handle the situation. The two managers who I sent emails to and left messages never returned calls or emails.
