What is a fair asking price for renting out a Shorecrest week

I am seriously considering trying my hand at renting out a Shorecrest
week in July, 2007, (if I clear waitlist!!!)

What do you think is an appropriate amount to ask and to expect to get?

1BR OV at ShorecrestI is 8,000 points
2BR OV at ShorecrestI is 13,000 points
2BR OF at ShorecrestI is 15,000 points
2BR Marsh View at Shorecrest II is 13,000 points

Do you think this would be a good one to rent or do you think there
are others in the Bluegreen system that may be better to rent?

Any suggestions are most welcomed and appreciated.

July 4 week will draw the most attention and command the highest dollar amount.

You will not have trouble renting a Shorecrest I unit since it will have an oceanview. I think it will rent out for quite a bit. But, I'm not sure for how much. I think it's a good bet to reserve it. July and early August have tons of demand.

Haven't had any luck getting a Shorecrest week, so I booked a week during Memorial Day week at Big Cedar. 1br lodge. Please keep that in mind if anyone contacts you looking for a week. I may rent it and I may keep it!
