  • Just Theoretically of course .....

Give the opportunity to pursue one of the following two options, which would you prefer and why. If neither option, why not?

You have still to place an offer or negotiate a price. What would your starting offer be?

Note: The anniversary day below is when points are awarded for the next 12 months use.

    Harbour Lights 12000 pts asking $6000 deedweek 33 Anniversary September 1 Maint $514 (250 +22/pt)

Big Cedar 13000 pts asking $13,500 deed week 41 Anniversary July 1 Maint $750/yr

Thanks for sharing your experience in helping me with this decision.... Noelle Just theoretically of course

It's no contest. The Harbour Lights offer is way better than the Big Cedar. It's not even worth making an offer on the Big Cedar. You'll just waste your time with them. I would double check the maintenance fees on the Harbour Lights deed. I don't recognize that formula.

Neither. You can do better on price. If you simply must have one of these, I concur that Big C is not the one to buy at that price.
