Nope, not a UDI. If it was I am sure Bruce would have taken a shot at it if it was.

Right. Units 817 through about 874 or so are Townhomes. Units 801 through 816 are Deluxe Timbers. Neither of these are UDI's.

For the record, BigFrank meant that Bruce now has 909 weeks, not Unit 909.

This unit would take 9,000 Bluegreen points for this summer week unit if you wanted to trade for it.

Guess how much it figures out in value in relation in cost per bBuegreen point for this floating deeded week?

Some others are saying that the average resale cost for a Bluegreen Point is now about 40 to 50 cents per Bluegreen Point.

At that rate it was a no brainer which made me highly qualified to bid on it.

It can be booked 12 months out which is one months earlier than the Bluegreen Points people can reserve it. This week can also be split half for 2 vacations. These are nice units that will be a very good renter.

Now I can go to all of the HOA meetings seeing we own in all three groups plus we can also do any Bluegreen Points meetings.

I find it hard to belive that it went so low when you do the math in relation to the cost for bluegreen points.

Boy, if that is a every year it went for only 26.6 cents per Bluegreen Point. That ia as low as I have seen them ever go on ebay.

If I was not at the Bluegreen Gold Points level with the Bluegreen Points that are attached to our UDI's I might have bid on this one.

This is a Villa unit, not a UDI.

                          V55 at CMV

Boca is right it is not a UDI it is an Oak Villa over by the Oak Timbers units, The Oak Timbers are UDIs by the way. Its location is sort of isolated from the rest of the resort. Week 33 is a good week and the unit should be right on the golf course. That little area of the resort has about 28 - 30 units total and has it's own pool very close to your unit V55. Should be a good renter if you decide not to use or exchange it.

                            Hi Tom and Boca,
Thank you very much for the information.
The person who sold me the unit has told me that it is a UDI.
This is my first purchase into Blue green and I do not want it to be a bitter one.
I am sorting it out with the owner who seems to be nice.
                            Prasad.
