  • VVTrader. Have a Shenandoah Crossing UDI Q for you.

I always thought that reservation rules for Shenandoah Crossing UDIs were the same as for Christmas Mountain Village. Someone gave me information yesterday that suggested it's a bit different.

Can you clarify the rules for pure vs. blended Shenandoah Crossing UDIs?

Anyone else know? I'd appreciate any info you can provide.

I owned four UDIs at SCRCC, they didn't have blenders. The rule was you could reserve one RED and two others (BLUEorWhite) at any one time and could book it's replacement as soon as your check-in date passed. Additionally, you could have a fourth reservation on the books made 90days or less in advance any Color. You could churn lots of reservations for renting or depositing or PFD but the costs were much higher than CMV... $900ish MFs/UDI (a majority of which was activities fee, read: horses) and $100 HK fee for each week reservation. I bought a couple for pennies and the others were BOGO when it was not stylish to own, sold them all back through same Reseller to the developer for a profit when I never could find the rental niche.
... not enough time for all the timeshares ®

Thanks spence. These are the same rules for CMV UDIs. Perhaps I had it right after all.

        Pure vs. Blended

        Boca,

I know with our "Pure" CMV Cottage I'm only able to make the 4th reservation 45 days out. With the "Blended" it is 90. Not sure if that's the same as SC or not.

Could well be 45, I have EOA.

            Boca

            Boca,
Sorry so late responding. I'm working on getting the information that came with the original UDI's. None of my four purchases had that information so I've got to find it. I think I'm on a good track for it though.
All the information I got was from our friends here (especially Tom52, Spence and the notorious Bruce CZ)
When I do get it ( I think Bruce CZ mentioned he had one for CV) I'll send it to you and hopefully we could post it as a sticky on the Bluegreen site.

One of my properties is a 9000 point blended. I haven't finished closing on it yet, but will give you an update on that one and what it offers when I do.

PS-I picked up a Hilton last week after noticing you buying Marriott a little while ago. It's in Scotland and ever since the purchase I've had this craving for Haggis.

I'm in the process of getting one.Shenandoah crossing. The current owner said it's 15 weeks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
