Found a great way to lower your MF for cheap

I found a way to upgrade your current Bluegreen points for about $1500 net out of pocket and potentially significantly lower your maintenance fees. This is vs. buying 3000-4000 points directly from Bluegreen at developer prices.

As an example. If you own 30,000 Bluegreen points under the old structure, your MF are $1650 this year. When you upgrade them, your MF will be $1100.

That is a savings of $550 per year. A 3-year payback. If you are interested in such an upgrade, let me know and I'll show you how to do it.

Okay, we own 15000 points which is a two bedroom lodge at BC, week 25. We pay 700 in maintenance. Would your upgrade idea be of interest to us? We do not want to lose our week.

Ok Boca, my girlfriend owns 35k annual Bluegreen points and 23K eoy RCI Global points (I have no idea what the RCI points can do). I am not familiar with RCI nor Bluegreen. What do you recommend??
